All moderators and session organizers are required to attend one of the moderator training sessions. Here you will receive details on equipment operation, light controls, and other responsibilities. Training sessions will be held in Chesapeake E-F of the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center during the following times:

Saturday, November 4 • 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Sunday, November 5 • 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM
Monday, November 6 • 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM
Tuesday, November 7 • 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM
