Food processing and pharmaceutical facilities are two of the most complicated sites served by the pest management industry. The complexity of the facilities, the variety of pests and the need to deliver well executed programs is essential. The drive for continuous improvement in these facilities helps promote industry innovation. Rapid growth in available technology enhances our ability to effectively serve these facilities but not without challenges. This presentation will focus on both the tools and the implementation challenges experienced as we grow in our data gathering capabilities, technological advances, and pest knowledge.
