FIFRA: Rules that mandate everything, everywhere all at once

Many entomologists within the academic sector do not have a firm understanding of the process required for pesticidal product registration. In addition, many industry entomologists who are early in their career trajectory may be unfamiliar with the process and need to get up to speed very quickly. Thus, this presentation will break down the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act in a straightforward manner for those who may need to understand these rules and regulations, but may feel overwhelmed by the volume of information contained within the act. Emphasis will be placed on EPA requirements for pesticide registration in the US.
