Evolution of Novelty in Ecdysozoans

Novel structures are studied at a multitude of biological levels, but surprisingly the concept of novelty itself is poorly defined - even within one taxonomic group such as the arthropods. Here we bring together experts in the evolution of novel Ecdysozoan structures to share and discuss the concept of novelty.
