PHEFA: Engaging Students to Create a More Diverse and Inclusive Public Health Entomology Workforce

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and ESA created PHEFA to introduce students and graduates of Minority Serving Institutions to Public Health Entomology through internships and fellowships. This symposium will discuss workforce data, how PHEFA was created and funded, and challenges faced. Interns and fellows will present their research.
